Clipwave
Clipwave is a web-based application designed to make short-form video creation faster and more accessible. By identifying valuable moments in long-form content, the platform helps creators turn podcasts, interviews, and livestreams into engaging clips for social media.
Working as a freelance designer alongside a small team of engineers and designers, I was responsible for developing the product's name and visual identity as well as mobile ui and user flows.
The import flow offers camera-roll footage, connected videos, and pasted links as separate entry points.
Reusable content cards carry the video’s thumbnail, title, duration, and status through results, editing, and export, maintaining context as the task changes.
I also mapped recovery paths for failed posts and expired account connections. These states preserve existing work, explain what needs attention, and let users retry only the affected destination.
